License Manager
The License Manager tool is used to view and return License codes for DriveWorks.
The License Manager tool will contain information such as what type of license it is and when it runs out as well as the code itself.
The License Manager Tool is launched from Windows Start Button> All Programs> DriveWorks (program group)
To Launch the DriveWorks Solo License Manager
Once DriveWorks Solo installed the License Manager tool can be launched by:
From the Windows Start Button> All Programs> DriveWorks Solo> DriveWorks Solo License Manager
To Return a License
Manually Activated Licenses
A license that has been Manually Activated cannot be returned unless connected to the internet.
Please contact your reseller for assistance in returning a manually activated license from a machine that is not connected to the internet.
An activated License can be returned by launching the DriveWorks Solo License Manager and:
- Click "Return License"
- Click "Finish" on the License Management wizard once it is complete
A DriveWorks License code can only be returned a maximum of twice in a 24 hour period.
